How to create a bright and spacious dream home with plenty of external spaces from existing converted flats of typical mid terrace Victorian houses within the compact city?

Shinz Design was presented with the challenging task to transform the client’s dream from existing ground and partial first floor flat into a large, bright and airy family home with more than 8m long ground floor infill extension and 3m first floor extension within the Highgate Conservation Area and The Miltons Restricted Conversion Area. With great understanding of the local planning maze, Shinz Design took on the challenge methodically with creative design while established good team work with the client and various consultants especially during the planning stage and proceeded only when fully prepared.

The result was overwhelmingly successful with a classical touch on modern lifestyle, creating a sustainable living spaces for the client to rest their mind in the metropolis.
