The existing mid terrace house is part of the new addition to the 1960’s development inherited similar design to the housing estate in Islington. The contemporary design aims to bring a touch of sophistication without overwhelm the existing settings.

The glass box and skylight speak modernism while bringing in generous amount of lots of natural lights at the same time the modest extension retains as much garden space as possible.

The completed scheme with single storey rear extension and internal refurbishment compliment the Client’s sociable charisma yet down to earth character with large opening kitchen/dining/living in clean and simple design.
