This project located within the desirable Hampstead residential area entails a major reconfiguration of an existing loft flat. The design rationalises and combined a series of existing small dormers added in a mismatched approach historically with new a few larger dormer creating positive usable spaces. The scheme was challenging in planning terms however received strong support from both the council the client throughout the planning process.

The scheme also involved modification of the existing terrace area with a balcony which improved the private outdoor space as well as the living quality.
