Shinz Design was appointed as Client Agent and Project Manager for the façade replacement of this 13-storey high-rise building, along with various ancillary design works. Building on a proven track record of project management and procurement excellence, Shinz Design secured a lead role working alongside Arup Façade Specialists and other prominent consultants for a key developer client. Through effective team collaboration, the project successfully achieved an EWS1 A1 rating.

Following this success, Shinz Design continues to manage refurbishment works across the site, including an ongoing internal fit-out scheduled for completion before the end of 2026.
