The project is the heart and soul of the founding of Shinz Design.

Yihyi was the project architect for this residential project while running various commercial projects prior to the founding of Shinz Design. Having given the opportunity to work on one off residential project again, Yihyi falls in love with the process of transforming an existing house into a family home with great sense of satisfaction being the architect to orchestra this overwhelming success of this £2 million project with great team works from all whom has involved.

Located on one of the most desired roads within the Hampstead Garden Suburb, Yihyi successfully won planning consent from the council and Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust for dormer extensions, side and rear ground floor and basement extension. She thoroughly enjoying working on this project with the client, consultants and contractor to create a family home for many decades to come.
