Shinz Design takes pride in its contribution as the

architect to revive the derelict Grade II-listed

building, with great success. Working closely with

Southwark Conservation and Historical England,

Shinz Design took the challenge to repair and

restore the damages caused by both historical

neglect and damages from squatters, with a

stunning outcome. The design outcome is upheld

by a well-planned programme of works with

modern layout and attention to detail to bring the

best out of this historical building.
