Yihyi grew up in the multi-cultural society of Malaysia and moved to Singapore to pursue her architectural studies in 1995. Since graduating, she has been working with design practices including Eco.id Architects where she worked on high-end office project for Accenture Singapore and international five star hotels. She also worked as project coordinator on series of high end contemporary design houses.
Yihyi moved to London in 2002 and has since worked with multiple award winning architecture practices including KSR Architects and PKS Architects where she gained valuable experience from master planning through to high profile residential schemes in Kensington and Hampstead. Yihyi also worked as project architect for multi-million extension projects within the Hampstead Suburb Trust area as well as contemporary design residential projects in Hampstead and Highgate for private clients, before venturing into her own architecture dream.
With her excellent construction knowledge and management skills, Yihyi worked on large commercial projects including looking after the office building envelope with atriums for Network Rail Centre in Milton Keynes through to completion.
A competitive dinghy sailor of RS200, Yihyi is also a keen traveller on top of her architectural career.
