Shinz Design was proud to transform this existing one bed flat with kitchen/living/dining into a duplex two double bedroom flat with separate living room and kitchen/dining as well as a shower, a bathroom and a utility room with innovative design.

The contemporary design retained the touch of the existing building fabric with a bold colour scheme resulting in an unforgettable statement to this little flat in the heart of Islington.

Shinz Design worked closely with the Building Services Engineer to overcome the existing services arrangement serving 3 other flats without compromising the long term use of the flat and other residents.
